We’ve used them previously (I’m not certain whether they had been out of Coles or a different supermarket, but ‘m certain they’re pretty much exactly the exact same thing), plus they’ve worked out alright for us! Got a variety of stains from the carpeting, such as baby vomit.
ETA – It’s my DH who’s consistently used them, not mepersonally, however he’s never had any issues. So I presume they’re rather simple to use.
Yep, use them frequently. Am doing it too. We utilize the blue , I think it’s britex?? Or something like this.
It’s difficult work (I really do it myself) but undoubtedly cleans really well.
Ooh, where did you purchase one from and exactly what kind was it? I’m considering purchasing one myself. It would be simple to clean a space as needed rather than waiting and doing them all. Our backroom/playroom rug becomes much wider compared to the rest of the home.
We hired the Rug Doctor in the regional stores. We just have rugs in bedrooms. We had been considering replacing the rugs in the new year but desired them a little cleaner for Christmas.
We emptied one area and DH washed it that day. Came up really nicely and got plenty of stains outside however, it was old carpeting and’d felt beneath (not the underlay used now a days). After two days it was wet to touch marginally but began smelling of ammonia. We tried everything to get out the stains (and mercifully as it murdered DH back doing exactly the 1 area I advised him to not bother with others) within a week we had to tear up the carpet and replace it as we couldn’t go in the area because of the scents etc.. We’ve replaced the bedrooms with floorboards therefore dont possess carpeting anywhere now but could find the professionals at next time.
I’ve used those from Coles / IGA – the Brtiax ones a few occasions and I believe that they are fantastic.
My sofa rug was just dreadful – I made it all ready – furniture changed / vacummed the evening before and only hired it for 4 hours it was 32. Along with the spray bottle for spots was 5 along with also the defoamer as $8. I did the couch and 3 bedrooms and a good sized carpet. Subsequently re-did the couch and carpet – still had two hours to go at the time limitation – therefore took it around to mums and she’d her living room, huge family room / lounge area and the dining area. All of it came up really well.
I got back it 20 minutes prior to the time limit ran out http://cleanthiscarpet.com/best-carpet-cleaner-reviews.
2nd one did a crap job – not certain why because it was the exact same sort and we followed all of the very same directions. .
But we may have gotten one which had something replaced.
It’s still worth attempting to do it yourself prior to becoming someone in. . Much cheaper anyhow. The first one we utilized got stains out I believed were permanent!
